Useful for a budget stay: GF bread exists, but the buffet is high-risk. One traveller at Gatwick North got a separately cooked breakfast.

Premier Inn's breakfast allergen guide lists gluten-free bread and GF muesli, but sausages and puddings contain gluten and the chain warns of a significant cross-contamination risk at the buffet and in shared fryers.
